In 2009, Hari Bhai was a young electrician with a borrowed toolbox and an inconvenient habit: he refused to leave a job until it was genuinely right. Joints properly made, not taped. Breakers properly sized, not guessed. Work areas left cleaner than he found them.

In a trade where corners are routinely cut behind walls where no one can see, that habit was expensive — and it was noticed. The families of Athwa began asking for “the one who tests everything.” Their neighbours followed. Then their businesses, their societies, their children's new flats across the river.

Fifteen years later, Hari Electrician is a fifty-person practice serving all of Surat — and every technician still works to the founder's original, inconvenient habit. It is the only tradition we enforce.
